4 classes or 12 credit hours per semester is considered full-time. This would be stretched over the two 8-week sessions for a semester.
Students can take up to 2 classes (6 hours) per each 8-week session for a total of 12 credit hours. Anything beyond 12 credit hours must be approved by administration.
The associate’s degree requires 60 credit hours for graduation.
The bachelor‘s degree requires 120 credit hours for graduation.
The associate’s degree takes approximately 4 semesters, or 2 years.
The bachelor’s degree takes approximately 8 semesters, or four years.

NTCC will accept and apply credits that match the degree plan. If enrolled in the NTCC/DCC partnership, DCC then accepts the credits from NTCC.

A hybrid course is a combination of face to face meetings and online course work. All hybrid classes are also available to take fully online, if desired.
An online class is 100% online. There are no face to face meetings.
Incoming credit transfers will be determined on a case by case basis.
